Future Pathways Youth Ltd is a registered charity, registered NDIS provider and registered SSRC provider, delivering safe, person-centred support to young people and people with disability across Western Sydney and greater Sydney.
Founded on over a decade of direct experience in disability and youth care, our trauma-informed team supports independence, wellbeing and community participation, with the added strength of a multilingual and multicultural workforce that can connect with families in their own language.
We are committed to delivering professional, reliable and inclusive services that help people build confidence, develop skills and achieve their goals.
